Terms of Service

By creating an account and using MyCookieKit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MyCookieKit provides GDPR cookie consent banner software as a service. We provide:

• A hosted banner script you embed on your website
• A dashboard to configure banner appearance and view consent analytics
• Google Consent Mode v2 integration

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of MyCookieKit complies with applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction
• The accuracy of the domain and settings you configure
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Not using the service for illegal purposes

MyCookieKit is a tool to help you obtain and manage consent. We do not guarantee legal compliance — you remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

• Subscriptions are billed per site, either monthly (£2.99/month) or annually (£29/year)
• All payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

New sites are created on a free trial. Trial sites include full functionality. We reserve the right to limit or end trials at any time.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCookieKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
